Golden-amber colour with tinge of rose-gold. The bouquet has smoked meats and charcuterie, with roasted hazelnuts and lots of layers, including some sherry aldehydes. Very mellow, mature and complex. Dry finish, too. Lots of reserve wine apparent. A delicious drink.

A very pale rosé champagne with delicate strawberry and raspberry aromas, but this is as much about the elegance of chardonnay as anything else. Long, filigree finish that’s all berry flavors and hard to resist! A cuvée of 94% chardonnay from Cramant, Chouilly, Oger, Cuis and Vertus with 6% pinot noir from Bouzy. Disgorged in October, 2021 and with very low dosage for this category.

High-pitched, mineral-laced aromas of redcurrant and strawberry, with sexy floral and Asian spice notes building with air. Tangy and precise, offering intense red fruit and floral pastille flavors and a touch of bitter quinine. Closes precise and very long, with impressive vivacity and a hint of dusty minerals.

Mineral-driven red berry and blood orange flavors show excellent clarity and are underscored by a spicy nuance. Finishes tight, dry and long, with repeating minerality.
