Pretty uncompromising but remains just this side of austere. Finishes with very good bite and impressive clarity. Few NV Champagnes are as dry and linear as this impressive bubbly.

Deep salmon-pink colour, a bit over the top. Red fruit aromas, red cherry with a touch of straw. Full and rich, broad and full in the mouth, loaded with flavour, and it's pretty dry, with a clean, high-impact finish.

A flavoursome sparking style of bold, deep crimson hue. Lovely pink pepper and pomegranate complexity is underlined by candied dosage, jostling with zesty grapefruit tang. It's unashamedly full and colourful, yet holds its tannin texture comfortably.
