The entry point to the Kavalan range. Distillery Select No.1 is aged in a variety of refill casks chosen to put Kavalan's fruity, tropical house style front and centre. Smooth, creamy and easy-drinking, it's great neat and shines in an Old Fashioned or a highball. Nose: Pineapple and mango tarts, apple pie, candied lemon and a touch of wax polish. Palate: Soft and creamy - spiced apple, fresh pineapple, toffee, vanilla sponge and gentle baking spice. Finish: Smooth and fruity, fading to spiced pastry. Distillery: Kavalan, Yilan County, Taiwan. Casks: Refill casks. ABV: 40%. 700ml.
