Du Glana 2022 12 Pack

The estate Château Du Glana is located on the banks of the Gironde estuary, between the villages of Beychevelle and Saint-Julien, opposite the famous Château Ducru-Beaucaillou. After several other owners, Mr Gabriel Meffre bought Château Du Glana in 1961. In the following years, the vineyard went from 5 to 43 hectares, still in nearly a single block. Helped by his young sons Ludovic and Julien, Jean-Paul Meffre now looks after the estate. They are motivated by a major ambition: to achieve the estate's full potential. The 2022 vintage A unique and magnificent vintage! "This 2022 vintage is quite simply extraordinary, and the greatest we have ever produced to this day! Balance, rich tannins, aromatic expression (black fruit) and freshness are the watchwords here… Gentle extraction during fermentation was undoubtedly key to revealing the quintessential characteristics of each grape variety." Ludovic & Julien Meffre
