Chauvin 2024 6 Pack

The estate Since 1881 and until Sylvie Cazes and her children took over in May 2014, the Ondet family took great care of Château Chauvin and gave it all their know-how. Sylvie Cazes, a passionate winegrower who fell for the charms of this beautiful property, wants to give Chauvin every opportunity for success in this new page in its history. Thus, from the purchase of the property, an ambitious program restructuring of wine-growing methods and production wine, has been started. The proportion of cabernet franc in the vineyard has been increased to 25%. This grape variety expresses itself perfectly on the terroirs of Chauvin and brings depth and elegance to the great wine.
