Slices into the palate, zesty and cold. Red-cherry fruit with brightness and intensity. Finely grained tannins. A pretty strict, chalky character. I like the cut, drive, and stony feel to this wine. Sappy, energetic, and persistent. 2028–35+.

Another mid purple. Here the fruit is a little bit richer and having seen the sunshine. Slightly less structure behind to balance it. The oak shows a little here to but it should all come together. There is some energy and concentration. Drink from 2028-2034.
