From 1955 plantings on gravel. 50% concrete and second fill and older oak. 100% whole bunch. Cherry, red fruits, a whole lot of spice, aniseed, dried roses. Light to medium-bodied, all red fruited, a firm concrete feel to compact tannin offers grip, a cranberry crunch to acidity, with a fresh, sappy and spicy finish of excellent length. A super expression, light on its feet though it has no shortage of presence.
