Pale straw colour with youthful green hues. The nose is lifted and complex with aromas of bergamot pear, lemon-lime citrus, beeswax and hints of almond. The palate is medium bodied, crisp and textural with pear drop, lemon curd and papaya flavours of supported by refreshing acidity leading to a fine, dry finish.

The 2026 Atlas Wines Clare Valley Fiano has all the freshness people love in Sauvignon Blanc, with the texture and weight of Pinot Gris. Bright citrus and ripe tropical fruit lead the way, followed by a fuller, more satisfying palate and a finish that actually hangs around.
