My oh my, this is a neat little Rosé from 100% Yarra Valley Pinot Noir. And it’s a Rosé offering a lot more than the mundane, as a result of the addition of light pressings and then maturation in older oak with regular lees stirring. What you get is a wine with texture and flavour that retains the bright light freshness of the style. Now this is a fun wine worth a serious look.

Philip Rich - Halliday Wine Companion

Made from 100% pinot noir grapes from the Upper Yarra. A luminous salmon pink. Small red fruits, rose petals and a little spice lead onto the palate, which is dry, zesty and very flavoursome. Finishes with good cut and persistence.
