2021 Sarget de Gruaud Larose (BIO ORGANIC)

Sarget de Gruaud Larose, the second wine of Gruaud Larose, has been produced since 1979. It benefits from the same care as the grand vin of Gruaud Larose. Since 2018, the property has taken a real turn. That year, Virginie Sallette arrived as technical director. Besides questioning every detail of the production process - so as to gain ever greater precision - she and her teams are also reaping the benefits of a total replanting program in the vineyard. This pivot can be felt in the quality of the wines which has hugely improved. This concerns also the second wine, Sarget de Gruaud Larose. Since 2019, this wine has made a qualitative leap.
