Pontet Canet is the pioneer among the Crus Classés for the use of biodynamic culture : 2010 is the first certified vintage. Since the 2012 vintage, about a third of the production has been aged in concrete amphoras; A way of keeping the aromatic purity of the wine. Located just next to Lafite and Mouton Rothschild, Pontet Canet benefits from an outstanding terroir. In addition, the care they take in their work and the respectful philosophy to the vines enable the estate to deliver a great quality wine. From the 2011 vintage we can feel the results of the work done in the vineyard : the wines are more precise, with a salty purity that can be found in all the vintages.
