Crafted from exclusively designated parcels, this wine originates from vines rooted in calcareous soils that bestow it with its pronounced freshness and mineral essence. The vinification process involves 40% stainless steel vat fermentation, strategically chosen to accentuate the wine's aromatic finesse and chalky character, while simultaneously preserving its remarkable density. Please note that starting from the 2020 vintage, the bottle weight has been reduced by 100g, and the tin capsule has been replaced with wax.
