Winemakers Note
Château Cordin has been in a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé since 1954. The property has belonged to the same family since 1924. Anabelle Cruse Bardinet and Sébastien Bardinet have been the owners since 2007. The estate has been passed down for four generations by women and Anabelle, a trained oenologist, has been managing this cru since 1999. Over time, Anabelle deepened her knowledge of the soils of this 13 hectare vineyard, predominantly sandy-clay, with the implementation of increasingly fine-grained plot management.
