THE 2019 VINTAGE
2019 is the latest and longest (72 days) harvest in Ao Yun's history. In 2019, the managing team decided to switch from farmers working in group in all the blocks to a system where each farmer manages his own land. All the process has been improved thanks to this new way of working. Each farmer knows perfectly his plants and also gets back pride and freedom.
2019 - The Humble.
A delicate and floral wine which bears the signature of its terroirs, associating density and tension.
