The palate is spicy, savoury and firmly structured, driven by Nebbiolo-like tannins. Notes of liquorice, leather and chalky texture build through the mid-palate, with ripe fruit depth supporting the structure. Nose is earthy, dark red fruits with a slight raisiny character, vibrant and energetic. Dark chocolate, liquorice, and subtle coffee grinds add depth. Well-defined tannins, integrated oak. Hints of thyme and sage bush bring further complexity. Plenty of time on its side
