The 2015 vintage Weather conditions The winter of 2015 was mild and very dry, with very sparse precipitation, resulting in low yields with very small clusters of intensely flavored and powerfully structured fruit Tasting notes Brilliant and intense smells of wild strawberry, black cherry, and black raspberry liqueur join with the unmistakable signature of Cabernet Franc, expressing fresh tomato leaf, new leather, and aged cigar tobacco, with floral notes of lilac and subtle lavender. 2019- Expressive and exotic, this wine shows rose petal perfume, fresh cherry blossom, California bay laurel, crushed pomegranate, blackberry coulis, and French oak aromas of ground cinnamon, and brown buttered toast.
