Alcoholic degree: 14.2° - Residual sugar: 137 g/L - Total acidity: 3.7 g/LH2SO4 TASTING NOTES FROM YQUEM TEAM Beautiful golden-yellow colour. The bouquet displays great aromatic purity with very intense tropical fruit notes: passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, and apricot. Barrel ageing makes this intrinsically great vintage of Yquem even more delicious. In addition, the flavours are in total harmony with the bouquet. This classically elegant wine displays a perfect equilibrium between sweetness, acidity, and alcohol on the palate, with an extremely attractive overall balance. The complex botrytised nuances so appreciated by our tastebuds are of incredible quality here, reminding us that 2007 was a GREAT vintage for noble rot! ". Tasting October 2010
