How does it taste?
Nashi pear, crab apple and pomelo, with pineapple hull, a touch of Greek yoghurt and a dry, sandstone minerality. Fine, textural palate lifted by bright acidity and a savoury lime-salt line to a long, dry finish.
Where is it from?
The Adelaide Hills is a premier cool-climate regions, prized for elevation, natural acidity and long, even growing seasons. The vineyard lies just north of Woodside, nestled along the Onkaparinga River on ancient clay and loam soils over shale - ideal for finesse-driven whites like Pinot Gris.
Who made it?
Jack Tomich is a fourth-generation winemaker. Jack grew up on the family vineyard and now helps shape its future. His philosophy is finesse and purity: express the site in its clearest form, guide the wine rather than dominate it, and let each season speak.
What makes it unique?
An estate-grown, single-vineyard Pinot Gris made with a light touch to let the site shine. The result is a wine of real purity and immediacy: expressive aromatics, fine, layered texture and a clean, savoury, mineral line that carries through a long finish. Generous in flavour yet composed and fresh.
