Rich and complex, with aromas of blackberry, ripe plum and dark cherry, complemented by notes of black pepper, liquorice and savoury spice. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, delivering layers of dark fruit, chocolate and subtle oak, supported by mature, velvety tannins and a long, warming finish.

Sam Kim - Wine Orbit
Gorgeously maturing with seductive complexity, the wine shows dark fruit richness, warm spice, dried flower and assorted nut characters on the nose. It's equally satisfying in the mouth with terrific weight and intensity, wonderfully framed by loads of silky tannins, finishing long and gratifying.

Ray Jordan - Winepilot
This is a cracking wine sourced from the Barossa. The concentration and power of the fruit has meant a decent hit of oak has been required. It’s gobbled it up easily, with the 24 months maturation in a mix of used and 34% new French working in seamlessly. Red berry and dark chocolate with a spicy edge creates a harmonious mix that is full-bodied yet soft and generous.
