Tasting Notes

Crafted in France by Maison L. Tramier & Fils, the 2023 Tramier Linteau is a classic Cotes du Rhone blend of Grenache and Syrah. Grenache brings generous ripe fruit and freshness, while Syrah contributes spice, depth and structure. The nose is expressive and inviting, with aromas of ripe red berries, blackberry and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by subtle peppery spice. The palate is juicy and generous, offering flavours of raspberry, black cherry and plum supported by refreshing acidity and supple tannins. The finish is smooth, balanced and pleasantly persistent. A versatile and food-friendly Rhone red, perfect with grilled meats, roast lamb, charcuterie, Mediterranean vegetables, tomato-based dishes and mature cheeses. Serve at 14–16degC
