T-Bone Pinot Noir 2025

95 POINTS

Russ Gallagher - Vino Masters

Bright ruby with light crimson hues. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry are lifted by subtle spice and delicate floral notes. The palate is well suited to the Australian climate, being light to medium-bodied with vibrant red berry flavours, silky tannins and lively acidity. Gentle raspberry flavours and earthy notes add complexity before a smooth, fruit-driven finish. ★★★★★ Super modern with a refreshing palate and a touch of magic.

Ray Jordan - Winepilot

It’s a medium-bodied style, but there’s plenty of flavour compacted into its fullish frame. Varietal notes of raspberry and slightly sour cherry. The palate is quite soft and supple, but with a fine, precise acidity threading through to a sustained finish. The oak is well managed and all older oak, although half of it was second-fill French barriques. Pleasing, generous, and thoroughly drinkable Pinot Noir.

Brightly fruited and delicately fragrant, the bouquet presents sweet cherry, raspberry, floral, thyme, and subtle spice aromas, followed by a silky palate that’s juicy and rounded with a lingering, succulent finish.
