From old vines, over 60 years of age, with a few hours on skins before a cool ferment. A dusky orangey pink, this was picked extra early, based on the low abv. It is flavour packed, though. Raspberry, smashed strawberry, blood orange, tangerine peel, cinnamon and tamarind. There’s a little grip through the back, acidity coiled within, with a lean that's more savoury than fruit forward, the applications both gastronomic and frivolous.
