A serious Sauvignon Blanc here, from the red (terra rossa) soils of Coonawarra. The colour here is a near gin clear lemon. The wine offers an immediate vibrancy with a lifted nose. It exhibits hints of lemon curd and even sponge cake, along with some herbal touches and citrus. Quite an exuberant and generous style. A wine of medium length with a firm finish, drink this now and any time over the next couple of years.
