Brisk and bright, the 2025 Sauvignon Blanc Wairau Reserve is crisp and clean with racy acidity. A little reductive at first with some flinty tones, the 2025 errs on the greener side of Sauvignon Blanc with elderflower, snow pea and gooseberry. Decent weight and roundness flesh out the mid-palate in this early drinker with wide commercial appeal.
