One of the best value cabernets around. The season was very good, and this is generous wine delivered with subtle medium-weight understatement. On the nose, blackberry, a faint hint of bay leaf and fine grainy tannins. The palate is structured, with opulent plummy blackberry fruit and well-weighted oak providing control.

An approachable, easy-drinking style with plenty of varietal characters of considerable charm. Mid-weighted with supple tannins and refreshing acidity. Not complex but definitely good value at this pricepoint.
