One of my favourite champagne houses. This entry point has one-third each of pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay from 30 crus, 25% reserve wines, spending 4 years on tirage. It has a flowery bouquet, terrific mouthfeel thanks to a hint of honey, and Meyer lemon cleansing the finish and aftertaste.

A very fresh bottle of a superb non-vintage champagne, with meringue, vanilla, creamy aromas plus notes of small white flowers, fresh and clean and vibrant. It's likewise in the mouth: very bright and vibrant with freshness and verve, but also some depth of character from age. Superb balance and drinkability are the keys to the style. A really lovely NV. Great with freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters and lemon juice.

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Delicate yellow tropical fruit, a hint of pineapple and mango, white flowers, delicate honey nuances, some cookie. Medium body, creamy texture, integrated, vivid fruit sweetness, subtle acidity, ideal for fans of an opulent-sweet style.

The palate is juicy and elegant, with pleasant fruit sweetness in the texture and an integrated acid structure supporting the yellow fruited aftertaste. A versatile bottle.
