Tasting Notes

Pale straw with a green hue. Wet stone, ripe pear, and a delicate hint of blossom. Crisp apple, green pear, and lemon peel lead to a finely flowing, juicy and lively finish, with the freshness and vibrancy of a perfectly ripe peach. Precise, bright, and flavour-filled throughout.

Product Highlights

Imagine an orchard caught in a late-summer rainstorm: wet stone, ripe pear, a hint of blossom in the air. That's the 2025 Pepper Tree Pinot Gris.

Crafted at a 5-Red Star Halliday-rated winery from single vineyard Wrattonbully fruit, it's a precise, bright, flavour-filled Pinot Gris with all the freshness and vibrancy of a perfectly ripe peach.

Its pedigree hasn't gone unnoticed. Sam Kim of Wine Orbit awarded it 92 points, praising its "crisp apple, green pear, and lemon peel aromas" and a palate that's "juicy and lively." Ken Gargett of Wine Pilot matched the score, singling out its "seductive texture and a lingering finish."

A Pinot Gris built for warmer days, unexpected guests, and everyday drinking. This one earns its place on regular rotation.
