The inaugural Rosé in the Ox Hardy collection, crafted from Grenache and old-vine Cinsault grown at the family’s historic Upper Tintara Vineyard in Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale.
Both the Grenache and Cinsault were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed straight off skins before undergoing cold settling in stainless steel. The wine remained in tank on lees for five months, building texture and palate weight while preserving freshness and purity. The wine was filtered before bottling on the 26th of August 2025.
The Cinsault vineyard was planted in 1947 whilst the Grenache in 2001. The blend consists of 55% Genache and 45% Cinsault.
