From the outstanding '21 vintage, this rosé brut is composed of 67% pinot noir and 33% chardonnay, with fruit sourced predominantly from two vineyards at 1000m elevation. Disgorged in March '25 after 40 months on lees, it reflects both the strength of the season and the benefits of extended maturation. A light rose-gold hue sets the scene. Pinot noir makes its presence known through morello cherry and baked strawberry, layered with the gentle crumble of tart shell. Orange citrus brings lift and freshness, while the subtle richness of cherry flesh fills the mid-palate. A soft impression of maple leaf lingers on the finish, rounding the wine with quiet warmth. A poised and expressive release that celebrates pinot noir, in excellent vintage.

This is a non-vintage cuvee labelled 2011 to denote its '11 base vintage and bottling. A pretty strawberry hull and red cherry bouquet flows seamlessly through the palate of this ultra pale salmon rose, with just 2% pinot noir red wine adding a fragrant layer over the wonderfully textured and complex palate of the NV Swift Cuvee Brut. It finishes with bright red berry fruits, vibrant acidity and elegant persistence.

The 6th release. Tirage in 2013 in the spring following vintage, the same year. 76/24% chardonnay/pinot noir (added as red wine). Seven years on secondary lees with a slightly higher dosage (6.5g/L) than the regular Brut NV, suiting the style very well (with the caveat that it needs to be served cold – anything close to tepid will allow the sweetness to creep between the acid rims). A very pallid coral with onion-skin edges. Delicate aromas of crushed strawberry, musk, cranberry and rosehip. The mid palate, creamy and mid weighted of feel, without detracting from the pixelated, racy finish. Excellent fizz as an apero or better, with roast duck.
