A juicy palate with gripping taut acidity, elegance, with a harmonious appetizing mousse, and austere purist aromatics in the background. It is quaffable, gives you an appetite for more, and is the friend of the sommelier.

An aromatic nose - marzipan, waxed lemons and peaches. This has a good weight in the mouth, with fine, very dry bubbles that leave the tongue clean and refreshed. There's some minerality that comes in towards the finish, a wet stone element that is nice and refreshing and makes a change from some of the others with more prominent lemon finishes. Succulent and enjoyable.

Cooked pears, lemons and bread on the nose, followed by a gentle, balanced and medium-bodied palate with soft bubbles. Lightly honeyed.
