Thanks to the experience accumulated by growing its own blackcurrant, Merlet controls the ripeness of all the fruits used for its liqueurs, coming from scrupulously selected farmers. The fruits used to make the liqueurs are macerated in super-fine alcohol to extract all the flavours. Both the quantity of fruit and their perfect ripeness guarantees the exceptional concentration of the aromas of the liqueurs.
