Tasting Notes

Merlet Creme de Framboise is crafted from ripe Mecker and Williamette raspberries, carefully macerated to capture their intense natural flavour. Deep and richly fruity, it shows baked raspberry, cocoa and spice with a tangy, mineral finish. Gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2019 and 93 points at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2021.
