Very complex nose of candied fruits, apricot tart and vanilla sugar. Mouth-filling richness, the fruit aromas completely filling out the expansive body. The tangerine and nectarine fruit just keep on coming at you, but the balance is spot-on so this never feels like too much. Beautiful integration of fruit, creaminess and acidity.
Lots of saffron and dried pear on the nose with some cooked pear. Full-bodied with layers of fruit and creaminess in the mouth. Firm and bright. Pinot noir and chardonnay.

Juicy, good complexity, pleasing juicy fruit expression, fine acidity, well-balanced, a whisper of blossom honey and oranges on the finish, good length. A versatile food wine.

Based at the eastern end of the Montagne de Reims, this cooperative only uses grapes grown in the grand cru vineyards of Mailly. This nonvintage wine is no exception, giving a rich blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that is ripe and driven both by minerality and white-fruit flavors. The bottling is ready to drink.

A tight, bright wine that is on the dry side of Brut, but with enough dosage to give a soft feel. It has apple and lively lime and lemon flavors with a strong stripe of minerality to bring out the texture. This bottling could do with waiting until mid-2015 in bottle.
