Huon Hooke - The Real Review

A thoroughly beautiful rose, one of my personal favourites. The colour is a beautiful pale salmon hue and fresh-looking; the bouquet again fresh and full of character, but showing more depth and aged character than most NV roses. There is body, richness and generosity, and a lasting aftertaste of superb balance.

The textural palate is well-balanced and persistent, with fine acidity, delicate strawberry confit notes, and a saline-mineral finish, a versatile food wine.
