Dewazakura Junmai Ginjo Omachi NV 720ml is a light and fragrant sake from Japan. Pale gold in colour, it has a delicate, floral aroma with notes of grapefruit, white pepper, honeydew melon and ripe apricot. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with a light acidity that brings a hint of citrus. The junmai ginjo offers a complex balance of flavours, with a lingering finish. Enjoy chilled, alone or paired with light seafood dishes. An elegant and enjoyable sake.

This sake is named for the rice used, called Omachi. Omachi rice produces very mild sake with gentle character with full flavour and grain character.
