A lacy mouse slowly dissipates to reveal a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold tinged edges and a very fine, persistent bead flowing through it. Aromas of pear and green apple mix with baked bread and citrus notes. Delicious pear and green apple fruits have a racy feel across the palate with some lemon sherbet and delicate quince elements also chiming in. Dry vivid finish with crisp acidity leading into a highly refreshing chalk tinged conclusion.
