Apples, pears, citrus, fresh lift of lively energy, and white nectarines, just bursts of freshness, pastry is there but not too sweet, on the savoury side of things, limey acidity, then peanut brittle unveils on top with sweet lime underneath. And steely yellow grapefruit lemon juice finish. Lip-smacking. Simply put.

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Delicate notes of mango and fresh yellow apple, some blossom honey, a hint of candied orange zest, mineral touch. A Champagne rich in finesse with notes of lemon zest, white flowers, fruit and mineral nuances. Complex and extremely elegant. Clearly structured on the palate. Rather fresh type with subtle age. Intense on the tongue with a fine mousse, elegant structure and long finish. Perfectly balances buttery lobster meat.
