Jeni Port - Halliday Wine Companion
The Alpine Valleys producer makes a number of prosecco styles, and this is the inviting, well-priced entry point. It's an energetic, vibrant sparkling in green apple, grapefruit, pear and lemon that bursts in bubbles and is refreshed by some fully energised acidity. The palate delivers some gently nutty savoury flavours, lightly blessed in texture. A versatile aperitif.

Jeni Port - Halliday Wine Companion
Classic prosecco joie de vivre and vivacity on display here. Love the full-on energy, the purity and freshness of lemon, grapefruit, green apple and quince. Plenty of bubble attack and brisk acidity at work to produce a fine aperitif style. Clean, precise, delicious.

Nick Butler - The Real Review
Light and bright yellow colour in the glass. A mineral-driven nose, with bath salts ahead of a dried herb and autolytic, yeasty note. Fuji apple crunch and fleshy freshness when sipped - a faint skinsy, phneolic tease to it. Very easy drinking

Nicely expressive and true to prosecco's vibrant personality. Perfect aperitif style with delicacy and gentle chalky lemon, red apple with a touch of floral muskiness. Completes the circle with real tang and intense mousse.

Jeni Port - Halliday Wine Companion
Archetypal Alpine Valleys prosecco with all of the energy, vivacity and fine, cool-climate flavour profile we expect. Bright and lemony in hue and personality, too, with a grapefruit pithiness and Granny Smith apple edginess. Gentle white flower florals play in the background. Brisk and bubbly.

Huon Hooke - The Real Review
Pale colour with a vigorous mousse, and a fresh, clean, gently floral aroma which is typical of the grape. It's very delicate, restrained and refined, with a near-bone-dry balance and concludes with refreshing acidity. A simple young bubbly that has been very well done. This is a benchmark.

Huon Hooke - The Real Review
Very light colour, bright, with a lively cordon of bubbles. The aroma is fresh and clean, fruity, pear-like and appealing, if simple. It’s the same in the mouth, where it is light, dry and short on the carry. A pleasant general-purpose quaffer, mercifully not sweetened-up. It scores well for drinkability.
