Fèrebrianges, Etoges, Congy / Vallée du petit Morin / 70% Chardonnay, 20% PN, 10% PM / Dosage 4 g/l Predominantly based on 2021, partially fermented in barrel (30%) and with the inclusion of 30% reserve wines in the final blend ‘Origine’ is a true representation of the estate with the final blend representing the planting percentages of each variety that the family work with across their multiple vineyard holdings. Post ferment, the wine spends time in barrel before going to bottle for the second fermentation and is disgorged after about 20 months on lees in the pursuit of purity over power. This is a ripping entry point to the wines of the estate and showcases Adrien’s pursuit of releasing wines where freshness marries up with personality.
