The team here have used the champagne pressing methods on the Pinot Noir which has created this Rosé. The fruit was harvested from three separate blocks in a vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. A lovely vibrant pink hue is evident here and the nose reveals aromas of gentle strawberries with hints of red cherries. There is appealing creamy note throughout, and we see the emergence of spices and florals through to the finish which finds hints of sour cherry. The wine lingers well and can be enjoyed any time over the next two to three years.
