Falstaff

Bright silver with medium mousse. On the nose there's delicate hints of green apple, pear, and some elderberries. On the palate it's balanced elegant, with good interplay between mousse and acidity that builds slowly, but inevitably, towards the final long-lasting finish.

Falstaff

A brilliant silver grey. Lime, fine floral aromas on the nose, compact and precise, inviting. Elegant body on the palate with a fine fruity sweetness, a very well-integrated mousse and expansive.
