Deep copper-hued with a smoky spice mixed with citrus and dried herbs. There's a lifted aromatic note of strawberry, with clove and vanilla/toffee characters. The palate is rich and sensual, gently warming, medicinal, with layers and layers of spice and flavour.

Winemakers Note
Maidenii Classic is made from a base wine of Shiraz from Central Victoria, with plenty of aromatic botanicals including orange zest, bay leaf, strawberry gum and gentian root, to name just a few. A beautiful semi-dry, digestif-style vermouth, that can be served simply over ice with an orange slice as a garnish, or made into a longer drink with a splash of soda.
