The 2025 Rosé is crispy and fresh, with red fruit and flowers, both aromatically and in the mouth. The wine is composed solely of Pinot Noir, from both Tamar Valley and down on the East Coast. There's an attractive watermelon freshness here, and everything feels very intentional and good. I really like it. The color is a good-looking dirty flamingo hue in the glass—it's not manipulated or made—and the wine tastes that way too. A portion of this wine macerated on skins for a little longer than the other components, and as such, the color is a little darker than the last vintage, as it happens. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
