Harvested at night and traditionally vinified following cold settling, the wine preserves its fresh and aromatic character. It shows a bright golden colour with silver highlights and an expressive nose of fruity and floral notes. The palate is ample and lively, combining delicate fruit and floral flavours with refreshing crispness.
