Domaine La Domitienne IGP Oc Red 2021

Domaine La Domitienne is a 430-hectare estate located near Beziers in the Languedoc region of France, founded and managed by winemaker Yannick Pons and his wife Christel. Yannick began his winegrowing journey in 1998 with just 10 hectares and progressively expanded his vineyards before returning to his home terroir in 2018 to establish Domaine La Domitienne. A significant chapter in Yannick's career began in 2008, when former French international rugby player Christophe Dominici introduced him to Alain Proux, leading to Pons managing Chateau Terre Bonne in Provence. The Dominici and Proux families subsequently became important investors in the project. Today, Yannick and Christel remain closely involved in the management and development of the Domaine, producing expressive and approachable wines from the Languedoc.
