From De Stefani's historic Colvendrame estate in the hills of Refrontolo, this Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is made from Glera grown on steep, sun-exposed slopes known as "Rive". The Extra Brut style emphasises purity, freshness and minerality, with fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate straw-yellow colour with green highlights. The nose is expressive and elegant, revealing white flowers, lily of the valley and crisp green apple. The palate is completely dry and finely textured, with vibrant freshness, savoury mineral character and impressive persistence. A precise and sophisticated expression of Prosecco Superiore, equally suited to aperitivo or the dining table.
