Tasting Notes

Dark black-red with some bright purple hues. A Grenache-led aromaticity of blackberry, boiled red lolly, liquorice, cherry and plum, with Shiraz's earthy, dusty, peppery character and Mataro's leafiness and rose petal fragrance. The palate is restrained and balanced, with present but soft, light tannins and an acid structure suited to easy drinking, finishing with a subtle expression of fruit depth.
