Dry, bright and vibrantly youthful, the 2025 Sauvignon Blanc offers excellent purity and tension. It's aromatic in style but offers razorlike clarity, with elderflower, pineapple and passion fruit giving way to a tangy grapefruit finish. I applaud its concentration and vigour.
