Green pears and apples, some talc and chalky stone. A harmonious vintage that shows the flowing nature of early picked grigio, with a friendly tree fruit and lemon citrus crisp finish. Nicely dry this vintage.

Mike Bennie - The Wine Front

This is pudgy and short but has enough get up and go to get those enthusiastic for the variety some satisfaction. It shows of sweet pear, peachy notes, some candle wax characters, a bit of bitter herb in there too. Not quite coherent from a wine critic seat, but with a few ice cubes tossed into an RSL pour deep glass I am sure it will have a fan base.
