Half stainless ferment and half in older oak, with the assembled wine raised for four months in neutral oak. Orchard fruit and blossoms, lemon pith and balm, green olive and young sage. This is in the Sherrah mould of finely tooled texture, of faint slip and gentle grip, a carefully considered and satisfying matrix that makes this great at table or for solo engagement.
