Product Highlights

There’s no doubt in our minds that this is one of our biggest-selling Aussie Chardy's in our rotation.

In fact, after ten vintages in a row, it might even be our number #1 best-seller.

From a long-established cult producer in the McLaren Vale, a family that’s been making wine in the region since the 70’s. This is from an iconic vineyard, named after 4 million year old fossil found in the 80’s.

You already know the one.

We’ve been waiting more than 10 months since the last vintage sold out so quickly. But the moment we finally tasted this 2025 vintage, we knew straight away there was something special in the glass. It just keeps on getting better.

We had to have it (and so do you).

Rich with honeycomb and cream, and smooth like silk.
There’s weight to it, it’s full, luscious and silky, there's a fresh bite to it, the perfect amount we reckon to keep it very moreish.

If you’ve bought it before, you probably don’t need much convincing.

For everyone else: whatever you do, make tracks for this Mystery Chardonnay, as you won’t be disappointed. If you like your Chardonnay with loads of flavour and oodles of complexity, this is where you look.
